Industrial Program Manager

BlueTech Global, LLC is seeking an Industrial Program Manager to gather clients’ technical requirements for forged magnesium wheels and other products; direct cross function teams in USA and in China to move forward the Production Part Approval Process; carry out quality control programs; and monitor all the action items.

Require a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, or a closely related field.

Also require 2 years working experience in management support in automobile industry, and in-depth knowledge in ensuring production schedule and production quality.

Fulltime, 40 hours/week.

NOW HIRING **Program Manager - Forged Wheels/Structural Components**

1) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Management, Engineering Management, or related field-- Knowledge in OEM requirements, reading technical specs/prints, EDI, ASN, Excel, Covisint.

2) Responsible For:

A. Gather clients’ technical requirements for forged magnesium wheels and other products, and ensure R&D engineering personnel’s clear understanding and achievements of those requirements on: (10%of working time)

B. Direct and coordinate cross function teams to ensure the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) successfully move forward on schedule and timely report any roadblocks to senior management, including: (40% of working time)

C. Carry out quality control programs to make sure the finished products meet specific levels of quality, including:(30% of working time)

D. Coordinate with China manufacture plants’ engineering, quality, and business personnel, document program progress, and monitor all the action items to fix any production problems: (20% of working time)
